ACTION GENRE

THE UNDERSTANDING OF ACTION FILMS

I guess all you guys have seen movies where there are explosions, gun shots, and adventure. This describe the action genre, but what is action? Action films are a film genre where action sequences, such as fighting, stunts, car chases or explosions, take precedence over elements like characterization or complex plotting. The action typically involves individual efforts on the part of the hero, in contrast with most war films. The genre is closely linked with the thriller and adventure film genres.

Action movies are often related as being the fans favorites, because they included adventure and adrenaline that people don't usually display offscreen.Action movies are capable of making audiences have physical reactions to the stunts on screen as well. Viewers' palms get sweaty and their heart rates increase as they feel the excitement and thrill of the adventure. For example this is something that a watcher say when they watch an action film, "When watching it, we are emotionally invested but do not risk ourselves by intimidating the hero's actions. The hero wins at the end of the day, facing all the obstacles. We feel the same pain and happiness as the hero, so his accomplishments in the movie give us a sense of relief."

It’s okay to leave it all hanging at the end, but with a little planning, you can easily get a shot that gives a sense of ending.

MARKETING

Marketing for action movies is very famous. It's important to note that doesn't include marketing costs, which can often cost half as much as the production costs. With average marketing costs being around $35 million, the average movie cost in total stands at $100 million. action movies create poster around the city and have deals with companies such as Youth to display trailers in their ads

Film #1 Avengers Endgame

It’s all been leading to this. The 22 films that compose the “Marvel Cinematic Universe” (MCU for short) all come together in “Avengers: Endgame,” an action-packed culmination of over a decade of storytelling. Directors Anthony and Joe Russo faced a tough challenge with this one. It threads together a dizzying number of plot lines and has to balance practically a dozen heroes in the process.

“Endgame” succeeds, for the most part. It packs a mighty punch, providing a satisfying conclusion to the massive “Infinity War” story while still planting the seeds for future installments to follow. Its soaring visuals and charismatic, diverse heroes make what could have been a bloated misfire into a thrilling journey through time and space. It’s a sci-fi romp mixed with  fantasy — think “Doctor Who” combined with “Return of the King.”

Film #2 Top gun maverick

It’s hard to put into words the kind of movie Top Gun: Maverick is, and that’s partly down to the film’s true nature of being the definitive action movie, as well as Captain Pete Mitchell’s own philosophy of do first, ask questions later.

See, while Dominic Toretto’s rise from mechanic and part-time street racer to a James Bond levels of security clearance is an impressive feat, the Fast and Furious franchise could never hope to attain the same mastery of the genre as Joseph Kosinski, Ehren Kruger, Eric Warren Singer, Christopher McQuarrie and Tom Cruise did with Top Gun: Maverick. It does so by exalting the role of the hero, setting up several conflicts and working as one heck of a motivational montage, on top of having a romantic topping that combined with its nostalgia has made it 2022’s biggest movie.Top Gun Maverick Soars With Drama and Action: Sequel to Top Gun Shows More Commitment to Craft and Story | Samuel R.
